Would you let your car go a year or more without checking or changing oil? Maybe without checking the coolant levels or adjusting air pressure in your tires? Of course not. But many home owners let their air conditioners run for many seasons without the same simple preventative procedures. Many circumstances can rob your unit of precious BTUH's of cooling capacity and many simpler circumstances can cause premature electrical part failures resulting in system failure when you need it the most. Identifying and correcting problems before they become failures and keeping your system in as peek of an operating condition as possible are why you should have that unit checked out and tuned up every Spring and Fall. Our maintenance agreement is designed to do just that. You will recieve two check-up's per year, priority response status on all event calls, a 10% discount on all parts needed, waived service call trip charges and the peace of mind that your system is running at it's possible best.
