Spring is probably the most important time of the year to have your cooling system checked. To begin with, it is not quite 100* every afternoon and your cooling system is not yet operating at it's maximum level. Now is the time to let P.D.S. inspect your cooling system before it is needed on a full time basis. Many problems can be identified before the heat arrives.
Priority Design & Service will inspect your entire cooling system. We will ensure your compressor is operating within parameters. We will inspect your condenser coil and evaporator coil and let you know if a cleaning is needed. Remember, dirty condenser coils lead to higher compressor and refrigerant operating temps, and dirty evaporator coils rob your system of it's cooling and dehumidification capabilities as well. Light to moderately dirty coils may be able to be cleaned in place, but heavily soiled coils need to be removed to be properly cleaned. We will clean out your drain system. We will inspect your blower drive assembly. We will inspect your filter system. Lastly, we will make any recommendations we feel are neccessary. Remember, one of the most important things you can do as a home owner to protect your system is regular proper filter maintenance.
Through-out the month of June, we will preform this much needed inspection for 65.00. Additional units at 49.00 @. Regular price in 85.00 and 65.00 respectively.
Keep in mind that if you are thinking of new equipment, than now is the time. Don't take the chance that availability may decrease as summer progresses.
