They quickly found and corrected the problem that had plagued my air conditioning system for most of the five years since the home was built. Other lesser technitians had worked around the problem but never identified it. Matt is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He showed up on time and made sure everything he needed for the job was on hand. ( Other companies had tried to sell me a new unit numerous times ) I appreciate his honest and courteous approach while he increased the efficiency of my system, followed up on warranty issues and ultimately saved me a lot of money. Dear Struggling Homeowner,
Are you having problems with your heating , cooling or ventilation? If you are, Priority Design and Service is the solution to your
mechanical issues. I have know Matt Carson and Priority Design & Service for 6 years. They kept my contractor grade heat pump
operating at optimum efficiency for the entire time. When it was time to upgrade to a more efficient, more reliable heat pump, Matt
and the team at Priority Design & Service were who I called. Even though I was working out of town at the time, they were very
professional to my wife and quick on the install. When I returned home, Matt took the time to walk me through the new system,
explain the new features and gave me a quick tutorial on how to use the new thermostat. SInce the install, Priority Design & Service
continue to preform preventative maintenance under a service contract. The small amount of money spent every year on preventative
maintenance is cheap insurance to protect the investment we made in a new unit.
